Where should we start?
Brand conflict: trademark search and filing. Technical subject-matter: patent mining and a prior-art search. Counterfeits or border risk: enforcement and customs. If you are unsure, book 15 minutes.
Does IP management include compliance, innovation and trade secrets?
They can be combined. GB/T 29490—2023 is the usual base; ISO 56001, GB/T 35770 / ISO 37301 and T/PPAC 701 can be added.
Are filing and disputes the same team?
Prosecution and disputes are coordinated. Infringement, invalidation and administrative litigation can share searches, evidence and customs recordal. Court work is done with PRC counsel.
Can watch, FTO and landscape work be instructed alone?

How are finance and science programmes instructed?
There is no separate nav item. Insurance, pledges and programme filings sit under enforcement / other services — say so on the form.
