Information we collect
If you use the booking form you may send a name, telephone number, email address and message. We use that only to answer the enquiry and, if you instruct us, to deliver IP agency services. We do not run advertising cookies or sell analytics profiles. Telephone or WeChat contact is kept only as needed to reply.
Use and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the attorneys and staff who must see it to handle your matter, and with a competent authority when a filing requires it.
Storage and security
Enquiry records are stored in a controlled environment in China. Access is limited to authorised staff. Do not paste full identity-document scans or unrelated secrets into the form.
Your rights
To correct or delete personal information in an enquiry, call +86 574 8282 2807. Where the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC applies, you may also request access or a copy of the personal information we hold about that enquiry.
If you write from outside mainland China
Your message is received and stored in China so we can reply. We do not transfer enquiry records to a third country as a routine step.
